How do I find what I'm looking for?
We hope that you find our website easy to navigate. Enjoy a browse through 600 plus gift ideas, or if you're looking for a specific item, here are some tips that will help.
There are a few ways you can search for a particular product:
1. On our homepage, click on menu, a search bar will appear at the bottom, simply type the name / type of product that you're looking for and you will be brought directly to it.
2. Click on collections, e.g. "Let's get pampered", click on the "browse by" tab, and a list of all items in the pampering section will appear. Simply select the category that you're looking for.
I have placed my order, what happens next?
Once you have placed your order, we carefully select your gifts and get them ready for dispatch.
(If you have left a note at the checkout, to say that you would like your gifts wrapped, we'll happily gift wrap your order in our signature brown paper and string, with our hand stamped logo.)
You will receive two emails: Your first email confirms your order and your second email notifies you that your order has been dispatched.
Your second email includes your tracking number, you can check the status of your item by imputing your tracking number at www.anpost.ie/tracking.
Please check your spam emails, in case they have popped into there.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping is provided by An Post, and is tracked.
Shipping within the Island of Ireland, up to a weight of 20kg is €5.95. Avail of free shipping on orders over €50.
Shipping to the U.K., up to a weight of 20kg is €12.50
We do not currently ship beyond these areas, but we hope to soon.
I live locally, can I collect my order?
Yes, you can, and pick up couldn't be easier. We are lucky that our shop is just a hop and a skip from our living area, and so we're happy to be able to provide a pick up service for our local customers.
How it works: Once we have processed your order, you will receive a notification email to say that it is ready to collect.
While our shop is currently closed due to Covid 19, we're working away behind closed doors. No need to phone ahead, simply knock on our shop door to collect your order, between 11am - 3 pm Monday- Saturday.
If you prefer to stay in your car, just phone ahead, and we'll happily place your order into your car boot.
I would like to collect my order tomorrow, is that possible?
Of course, we aim to have your order ready as soon as possible, if you need it at a certain time, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
I would like to send a gift to a friend, how do I do that?
When you're filling in your details, simply put your address details in the "billing address" section and your friend/recipient's name and address in the "shipping address" section.
I would like my gifts wrapped, do I need to let you know?
Please leave your instructions in the comments box at the checkout. We also remove all price tags and will never include a receipt unless you ask us to. Your order confirmation email contains your receipt.
I am buying gifts for a number of people, when I receive my gift wrapped order, how will I know which gift is which?
When an order is placed by you, for you, we add a little post it note to each gift, so that you can tell what's inside!
I would like you to write a card for me, how do I let you know?
We're happy to write your card, in fact we love doing it! Simply add your instruction & message in the "notes" section at the checkout. We will see it when processing your order.
Please note, it's much easier for us to keep track of your message, if you add to the notes section rather than sending us a separate email/message. However, if you've forgotten to add a note,or any other instruction, feel free to get in touch, we're always happy to help!
I saw an item on social media, but I can't find it on the website. Why is that?
If you can't find an item that you're looking for, unfortunately it may be sold out. You're welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or though social media and we will check this for you, and see how we can help you further.
Will the sold out item be returning?
So you loved it, talked about getting it, looked at it numerous times, maybe even dropped a hint...and now it's sold out...we've all been there, believe it or not it has happened to me in the shop! (sometimes we simply can't manage to restock an item)
Simply get in touch and we will try to source it for you. Please keep in mind that the item may take a few weeks to be restocked, but we will always do our best to get it for you. Unfortunately on occasion the item may be sold out with our suppliers, and not restocked. Styles and trends change and we love when new items arrive, which happens regularly.
I have tried to add two of the same items to my basket but can't, why is that?
The item that you have in your basket is the last one in stock, therefore you can't add any more of this item. You're welcome to send us a message and we will let you know if and when the item comes back in stock.
I would like to purchase a gift card, what do I do?
Simply click on menu, then "gift cards", use the drop down menu to select your desired amount, and add to your basket. When you have purchased your gift card, you will receive it via email. You can then forward this to the recipient to use on our website. Our vouchers do not have an expiry date.
